Atlanta Pride cordially invites our colleagues from Pride organizations across the country to join us for the second Northeastern Regional Prides/Prides of the Southeast joint conference!

 

REGISTRATION RATES

Conference registration fees for InterPride members are as follows:

  • $175.00/person for late and on-site registration (January 4-March 7, 2014)

Conference registration fees for non-InterPride members are as follows:

  • $250.00/person for late and on-site registration (January 4-March 7, 2014)

On-site registration will be held during the following times and locations:

Thursday, March 6 – 3:00-6:00 p.m., Industry Foyer (2nd floor)

Friday, March 7 – 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Industry Foyer and Stage (both on 2nd floor)

Saturday, March 8 – 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Stage (2nd floor)

Sunday, March 9 – 8:00-9:00 a.m., Great Room Foyer

Included in your conference registration fee:

  • Educational materials
  • Meals (one continental breakfast, one Southern breakfast, one lunch, the conference welcome reception with heavy hors d’oeuvre, and the conference dinner)
  • Group outings

HOST HOTEL

The luxurious W Atlanta Midtown (188 14th Street, Atlanta, GA 30361) will serve as your home away from home during the NERP/POSE 2014 joint regional meeting. The room rate for the conference is $139.00/night (plus taxes and fees) and is good through 5:00 p.m. EST on February 16, 2014.

PLEASE NOTE: There was a cancellation at the W Atlanta Midtown by another conference, so there are some rooms available in the hotel block for March 6-8.
