Elizabeth stated she serves on the Atlanta Pride Board because, " There is an urgency to our equality and equity. Current policies and politics are creating unsafe spaces for our community. I have lived and grown up in Atlanta. This is my home. I want to create safe spaces in my own community and continue to build upon the amazing legacy and history of Atlanta Pride, but also to make Atlanta a safe, validating space for anyone who visits here. "

With more than 25 years in healthcare and non-profit marketing, Elizabeth is an award winning and inspired writer and brand communicator who is passionate about developing content strategies and delivering ROI-driven marketing campaigns and results. She has extensive experience with non-profits, healthcare, hospitals, physicians, medical device, B2B, technology, life sciences, biotech, drug development life cycle, pharma, payers and clinical research industries.

Elizabeth identifies as a lesbian/queer woman who is passionate about inclusion, culture and equity. She chairs her company's LGBTQ employee resources group and always works to make her workplace as collaborative, inclusive and equitable as possible. She lives with her wife Alice in Acworth, Georgia. They have four kids, ranging in age from 15-27. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking, anything outdoors, live music, reading and collecting her favorite music on vinyl. She and her wife are huge women's soccer fans and often travel to see NWSL games together.
