Atlanta Pride Takes Place This Weekend

Atlanta Pride, the largest free Pride festival in the United States, returns this weekend from Saturday, October 12 through Sunday, October 13, in Piedmont Park. As the Southeast's largest LGBTQ+ celebration, the Festival promises a weekend full of vibrant parades, live entertainment, community engagement, and meaningful conversations. The Festival will be open from 10 AM through 10 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.

"We are beyond excited to welcome everyone to this year's Atlanta Pride Festival. This weekend is all about celebrating who we are, embracing our diversity, and coming together as a community," said Chris McCain, Executive Director of the Atlanta Pride Committee. "Whether it's your first Pride or you've been with us for years, we can't wait to celebrate with you in Piedmont Park!"

This year's theme, "United With Pride," highlights the power of coming together to celebrate diversity, inclusion, and acceptance. Thousands of attendees from across Georgia and beyond are expected to take part in the festivities, which include the iconic Atlanta Pride Parade, several community marches, and a star-studded entertainment lineup featuring pop sensations Ava Max, Monét X Change, Cakes da Killa, Mila Jam, and more.
