Parade Application Guidelines

Before You Apply

Welcome! We’re thrilled that you’re interested in participating in the 2025 Atlanta Pride Parade. Before applying, please be sure to review the following information. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at parade@atlantapride.org or by phone at

404-382-7588 (option 3), available weekdays from 10 am to 4 pm (excluding Wednesdays).

Fees

  • Application Fee (Nonrefundable)
    • Nonprofit, Political, and Small Business: $50
    • Corporate: $100
    • Please carefully review your application. Fees will be charged upon submission, and incorrectly submitted applications will not be refunded.
  • Entry Fee (only one entry type per application may be selected)
    • Small Pedestrian Group – 50 participants, no vehicles
    • Large Pedestrian Group – 100 participants, no vehicles
    • Standard Vehicle – 50 participants, one (1) vehicle maximum of 18′ in length (no towing) –  a maximum of 3 vehicles per entry
    • Float – 100 participants, one (1) vehicle maximum of 30′ in length (includes towed vehicles), not to exceed 12′ in height
  • Participant Group Add-On
    • Additional participants may be added for an extra fee per 50 participants. (amount varies by application type)

Insurance

All vehicles are subject to the insurance laws of the state of Georgia, and all operators must be properly licensed. Documents should be available to law enforcement at any time before, during, or after the parade. These documents are not required to be presented or provided to Atlanta Pride.

Application Process

Please review the application qualifications carefully, as application fees are non-refundable. If unsure, email parade@atlantapride.org for assistance. Once you have submitted your application, our Parade Team will carefully review your application and let you know if we have any questions or need additional information.

Application Types

Political Applicants

For political party groups and politicians, such as:

  • John Smith for Congress
  • Any Party of Georgia / County
  • Honorable J. Doe for District Attorney

Nonprofit Applicants

For 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations and government entities.

  • Your EIN should match your IRS 501(c)(3) status documentation.
  • Political groups, candidates, or campaigns must use the Political Parade application.

Small Business Applicants

For small businesses that meet at least two of the following criteria:

  • Annual revenue under $1 million for the most recent fiscal year.
  • Operate in a single state.
  • 20 or fewer employees.

Corporate Applicants

For businesses meeting the following criteria:

  • Annual revenue over $1 million for the most recent fiscal year.
  • 21 or more employees.
