A Georgia native, Lance’s journey with Atlanta Pride began as a festival volunteer. After many years of dedicated service, he proudly joined the Atlanta Pride staff in 2021 as Administrative Coordinator.
Lance’s professional background spans administration, operations, and database and process management—skills that serve him well in his current role as Operations and Data Manager. He oversees the Marketplace and Parade application process, ensures the website remains up-to-date and informative, and coordinates logistics to ensure the Festival runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Lance and his husband make their home in South Atlanta, where they enjoy sharing their home with their fur babies.
