Born and raised in Gwinnett County, Congressman Blair is an educator, longtime public servant and Georgia’s first openly LGBTQ+ member of Congress. His career has taken him from teaching high school math in Atlanta Public Schools to leading the Gwinnett County Board of Education and now representing Georgia’s 13th Congressional District in Washington.
