Dr. Christopher A. Thompson is a strategic advisor and cultural steward focused on public-interest storytelling, institutional memory and equitable governance. Based in Atlanta, he is the founder of House of Heralds PR, where he has supported narrative strategy and community-facing initiatives for organizations including Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola, Warner Bros. Discovery, Amazon, Cadillac and Morgan Stanley.

Dr. Thompson’s work sits at the intersection of corporate responsibility, community engagement and global impact, helping organizations navigate complex stakeholder environments with integrity and accountability. In addition to his advisory work, he teaches communication and leadership at Kennesaw State University, grounding his practice in real-world application and workforce development.

His work has taken him internationally, supporting human rights–focused initiatives advancing the well-being of LGBTQ+ youth, women rights and refugees in Brazil, Finland, Qatar and South Africa.

Regarding their support of Atlanta Pride, Dr. Christopher shared, “I wanted to join Atlanta Pride’s board because Pride is not just a celebration. It is a commitment to courage, belonging, and collective care. Atlanta Pride represents what is possible when visibility is paired with responsibility and when joy is matched with advocacy. As someone who believes deeply in building inclusive systems and telling honest stories, I felt called to contribute my skills in service of a community that has shaped my life and continues to shape Atlanta’s cultural and civic future”.
