Atlanta Pride’s Festival and year-round programming are supported by a network of volunteer-led committees. Each committee focuses on a different area of the festival and our community initiatives, helping ensure Pride runs smoothly and reflects our community’s voices.

Each committee is led by one or two volunteer chairs who guide planning, coordinate volunteers, and support both festival weekend operations and year-round activities.

Committee chair applications typically open in the spring and are open to individuals who have previously volunteered with Atlanta Pride. These leadership roles are a great way for returning volunteers to take on a larger role in shaping the festival and strengthening our community programming.
